At Creative Vibrations, we strive to provide the highest quality consulting services to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services and eligibility for refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service Cancellation

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Notice Period: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled service commencement or agreed-upon milestone.
  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within the notice period may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the service terms.
  • No Refunds: If the notice is given less than 14 days before the scheduled service, no refund will be provided.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

  • Right to Cancel: Creative Vibrations reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service agreement if there is a breach of terms by the client or for any reason deemed necessary.
  • Refunds: If we initiate the cancellation, clients will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the services already paid for.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the service is canceled by the client at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date, and no significant work has commenced.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be provided for cancellations made within the notice period but less than 14 days before the scheduled service, based on the amount of work already completed.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for services canceled less than 14 days before the start date or for services that have already been delivered or substantially completed.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reason for the cancellation to [Your Email Address].
  • Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Rescheduling Services

  • Request to Reschedule: Clients may request to reschedule services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.
  • Approval: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and mutual agreement. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope and timing of the rescheduled services.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered or completed as per the agreement are non-refundable.
  • Custom Work: Custom or bespoke services and digital products created specifically for the client are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been delivered.

5. Exclusions

  • Force Majeure: Refunds and cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Creative Vibrations reserves the right to offer credit or rescheduling options instead of refunds.
